If you are not stopped by the police at the scene of the alleged violation but receive a NOTICE OF INENDED PROSECUTION in the post requesting the identity of the driver do NOT return this form until you have spoken to us.

Again there are many technical defences.

Remember 12 points nearly always = disqualification
